• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Once delivered, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Returns and Refunds
• Flowers: Due to their perishable nature, returns are not accepted. However, if you experience any quality issues, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or partial refund.
• Non-Perishable Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacements or a full refund, including delivery charges.
4. Refund Process
