Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

Once delivered, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Returns and Refunds

Flowers: Due to their perishable nature, returns are not accepted. However, if you experience any quality issues, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or partial refund.

Non-Perishable Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacements or a full refund, including delivery charges.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
